This is the wort that the club received from the 2010 AHA Membership Rally hosted by Northern Brewer and Lakefront Brewery.  I brought the wort home, pumped in some oxygen, and pitched in one of the envelopes of Safale & Nottingham that was being handed out that day.

Comments

Fermentation took off within a few hours after pitching.  Wanted to see how it would turn out of I pitched one of each of the envelopes of yeast that were being handed out the day of the event.

It went bad.  Used it as a training beer for the BJCP classes.
