BrewBlog: Baronís AHA Rally Brew - Nottingham
Specifics
General Information
Method: All Grain

This is the wort that the club received from the 2010 AHA Membership Rally hosted by Northern Brewer and Lakefront Brewery.  I brought the wort home, pumped in some oxygen, and pitched in one of the envelopes of Nottingham Dry Ale yeast that was being handed out that day.

Comments

Fermentation took off within a few hours after pitching.

It went bad.  Used it as a training beer for the BJCP classes.
