This is the recipe that we brewed at the 2008 Barons Picnic.  We bottled it at the 2009 Bare Bones Basic Brewing class and we'll be serving it at the Mid Winter Brew Fest.

Steep Put grain in bag and let it steep. Don't squeeze the bag after. 155° F 20 min.

Steep Add 12.00 qt of water and heat to 158.0 F 155.0 F 20 min

Ferment at 68 degrees F for three days or until attenuation appears complete. Smooth, malty, fruity and phenolic balance. Server at 49 F.

Fermentation
Primary: 7 days @ 70° F
Secondary: 14 days @ 70° F
Tertiary: 100 days @ 65° F
