Erik’s Imperial IIPA Recipe from the Beer Barons of Milwaukee but substituted Simcoe hops for Citra hence the name.  Funny thing is the original recipe Erik used was with Simcoe so this has come full circle. Next batch will be with Citra to see the difference.
