Mashed in with 4 Gal ? with just 9# base malt for 30 Min - Only got 2 gal in FIrst Runnings. Boiled that down to 1 Gal and added to Boil Kettle. Capped Mash with 4# grains, Added 3 Gal Strike Water to mash in again at 152F for 60 Min.Only got 54% overall efficiency with Single Infusion - No Mashout Mash Profile. Ended up with a little more volume
