Brewed as a 10 Gal Batch Split between two 6.5 Gal Carboys - One with Bohemian Lager Yeast, the other with Munich Lager yeast

Double Enhanced Decoction Mash Infusion to 127F for 35Min, Two Thick Decoctions: One to 145F for 20 Min, Second Part Thick Decoction to 156F for 30 Min. Final Thin decoction to 168F
