De Koninck inspired. Using all homegrown hops and White Labs Platinum Antwerp strain, WLP515. Wanted to use Belgian 2-row but not in stock. Brewed at/for my father's so using hard, filtered water.

Procedure

12/8/10 - Yeast starter - 100g of DME to 1L of water, boil 10 minutes, chill. Add to flask along with 1 vial of Antwerp yeast and put on shaker.
