** Actually forgot to add the LME until after wort had cooled. Brought the remaining wort in kettle back up to temp and boiled for about 10 additional minutes. Then recooled for transfering into primary.

Boiled 3 gallons added the hops and the 1# DME. Place 2 gallons of cool water into primary - wait for wort.
During last 10 mins of the boil added the LME. Cooled to pitching temp. and racked wort into primary. Shake to arriate.
Add yeast. Move to ferment area.
To Carbonate: Made priming batch of 1 cup of Wheat DME and 1 cup of Dextrose, boiled and added to bottling bucket. Waited 4 weeks for carbonation.
