Beer took a bit longer to carbonate than I normally like.

My tasting notes: Good amount of Esters present, moderate mouthfeel, rich golden copper color. However typical clove flavors are not pronounced. Very easy drinking wheat beer.

Next attempt will have either Cranberry or a Berry flavor added to the secondary.

Procedure

Boiled 3 gallons added the hops and the 1# DME. Place 2 gallons of cool water into primary - wait for wort.

During last 10 mins of the boil added the LME. Cooled to pitching temp. and racked wort into primary. Shake to arriate.

Add yeast. Move to ferment area.

To Carbonate: Made priming batch of 1 cup of Wheat DME and 1 cup of Dextrose, boiled and added to bottling bucket. Waited 4 weeks for carbonation.
