Clone attempt of La Houblon Chouffe IPA Tripel, brewed for the Ale club's Iron Brewer III competition.

Used Northern Brewer's recipe for houblonmonstre Tripel IPA as a starting point, Kevin Meves helped me out with some hop substitutions.

 

 

Comments

Freaking good!  Really makes me appreciate using appropriate glassware, the beer is very different in a belgian goblet vs. something that doesn't give you as much aroma.
