Procedure

1:34 collected 6 gallons of water.  flame on.  steeping grains in 6 gallons of water.

1:58 water reached 150 deg F steeping grains removed

2:26 6# extract added and 1 oz hops.

3:17 final 6# of extract added.

Flame out 3:39 cooler activated.

ended up with over 6 gallons of wort, topped off 6.5 gallon carboy and added blow off tube.

Should have boiled longer to reduce volume.
