A hoppy American wheat beer inspired by 3 Floyds Gumballhead

Comments

Was the most cloudy beer I ever made. We did not use whirlfloc which may have been a mistake. Ended up fining it with gelatin in the keg and it dropped brilliantly clear in the keg in a matter of days. Deliciously hoppy and aromatic beer even before that but the look of a milky beer was just off-putting.

Note, the 60 minute Magnum hop addition was actually two 5ml Hopshots for 51.1 IBU. The -5 minute addition was a 20 min hop stand after chillingto 180F.
