General Information
Method: All Grain

This is an all grain American Barleywine made with much help and guidance from James Lewis as this was my first all grainer in a few years.

Comments

American Barley Wine at the very bottom of the bitterness requirements.  Not sure how it was originally calculated but in retrospect would have have liked higher IBU's.  Good taste and aroma, a little on the sweet side for the style as I understand it.
